Shipping / Fulfillment Policy
Orders for common physical products are shipped via FedEx, UPS and occasionally USPS Priority within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order. Custom systems or appliances may require an extra 3 to 10 days for the systems to be provisioned, installed and tested. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, or when we offer promotions or savings opportunities, please be aware these times may change slightly as we work hard to fulfill and ship as quickly as we can.
Most of our shipments require a signature for delivery, please ensure that there is someone available to provide the necessary signature, to prevent delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped, along with tracking information. This email is automatic and contains everything you need to monitor the progress of your physical shipment.
Refund / Company Credit
In order to be eligible for a refund / company credit of a physical product, it must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. The physical product must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in, undamaged and unmodified.
In order to be eligible for a refund / company credit of a digital product or service, we must be notified within 10 days of purchase.
Once we have received the returned physical product or notification for a digital product or service, our team will begin the refund / company credit process. If eligible, refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase, while company credit will be made available via coupon code or internally in our accounting department. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Company credit is usually available almost instantly.
If the the physical product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the time limitations, you will not be eligible for a refund / company credit.
In the event of a mistaken or duplicate purchase, refunds are usually made within 24 hours of notification.
